Who we are

DGPP Consulting (“DGPP”, “we”, “us”) is a data governance, privacy and AI governance consultancy based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal data we collect through this website and when you contact us. You can reach us at don@dgppconsulting.com.

What we collect

When you email, call or otherwise contact us, we collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, organisation, job title, email address, phone number and the content of your message.

This website is hosted on Google Sites. To deliver and secure the site, Google may process limited technical information such as your IP address and browser details. We have not enabled analytics or advertising tools on this site.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss how we can help

• To provide and manage services you request from us

• To keep appropriate business records and meet our legal obligations

We rely on the steps needed to enter into or perform a contract with you, our legitimate interest in running our business, and compliance with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data or use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only where necessary: with service providers that support our business, such as Google Workspace for email and hosting; with professional advisers; and with authorities where the law requires it. These providers may process data outside the UAE, and where they do we rely on the safeguards required by applicable law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as we need it to respond and for reasonable record-keeping, normally no longer than two years unless a working relationship follows. Client records are kept in line with our contractual and legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and, where relevant, the GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email don@dgppconsulting.com. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.

Cookies

Google Sites may use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work and remain secure. We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising.
